Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and driven *Recruiter - Internship Fresher* to join our growing Human Resources team. In this entry-level role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to fuel our company's growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, supporting our hiring managers in building high-performing teams that align with our innovative and data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating and posting compelling job descriptions on various job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and social media platforms.* Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, professional networking sites, and internal referrals.* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.* Maintain and update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition into the company.* Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and top-tier talent to Ampzion Technologies.* Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and priorities for various roles.* Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and other networking opportunities as needed.* Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.* A strong interest and eagerness to pursue a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and professional relationships.* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.* Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior internship or academic project experience in Human Resources or recruitment.* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.* Basic understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate experience principles.* Awareness of social media recruitment strategies.
