Role & responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals, Naukri and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update recruitment reports
  • Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts
  • Support employer branding and social media outreach (optional)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Students or recent graduates in

    HR, Management, Commerce, or related fields

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Available for at least

    5 months

    and can work
