We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter Intern. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Conduct outbound calls to database, job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant job boards and company career pages to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively reach out to potential candidates and build a talent pipeline. Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by collecting necessary documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or human resources. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
