What You’ll Do:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates from job boards, portals, and professional networks
• Screen applicants to match client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently
• Deliver a great candidate experience throughout the process
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0.6 – 3 years of recruitment or BPO/KPO/voice process experience (international exposure preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multitask, build networks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office & internet research
