Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify suitable candidates at Job Portals.
Screen the fitment of the candidates as per the Job Description and Job Specifications.
Align the potential candidates for the personal interview.
Should have experience of Non IT recruitment.
Must be able to work and deliver under stiff timelines.
Should have experience of sourcing good number of suitable candidates on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Candidates available for immediate / early joining would be preferred.
Should have good communication & problem solving skills.
A go getter aptitude.
Prior experience as a recruiter with the Placement Agency / HR Consultancy would be given preference.
