Role & responsibilities : Must be able to work and deliver under stiff timelines. Responsible for Marketing & Business Development for HR Consultancy. Experienced in B2B Sales / Business Development Pan India for HR Consultancy Services. Required to connect with at least 50 prospective clients on daily basis. Must achieve new client acquisition on monthly basis. Preferred candidate profile Should have 1 to 3 years of recruitment & HR Consultancy Services Business Development Experience. Candidates available for immediate / early joining would be preferred. Should have good communication & problem solving skills. A go getter aptitude. Prior experience in Business Development Role with the Placement Agency / HR Consultancy is a must. Perks and benefits Good as per the Industry norms. Performance based incentives are applicable.
