As an Agency Development Manager (ADM) at our company, your role will involve recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive sales and business growth. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with advisors, providing them with necessary support, and ensuring they achieve their targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment & Training: - Identify, onboard, and train potential advisors/agents. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. - Sales & Business Development: - Guide and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets. - Develop strategies to enhance business performance and market penetration. - Drive revenue growth through active engagement with customers and advisors. - Relationship Management: - Maintain strong relationships with existing advisors and ensure their continuous development. - Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and motivation to achieve high retention rates. - Market Research & Strategy: - Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies. - Develop business plans to improve sales performance and productivity. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 1 year+ experience in sales, insurance, or financial services. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team. - Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset. - Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
