Role Overview:

Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Training

Identify, onboard, and train potential advisors/agents.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Sales & Business Development

Guide and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
Develop strategies to enhance business performance and market penetration.
Drive revenue growth through active engagement with customers and advisors.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing advisors and ensure their continuous development.
Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and motivation to achieve high retention rates.

Market Research & Strategy

Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies.
Develop business plans to improve sales performance and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:
