About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client specifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Follow up with candidates through the selection and onboarding process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization is an advantage, but not mandatory)
• 0–5 years of experience in recruitment;

  freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
