Job Description

Site Services Department

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidate must have an experience of
Contract Staffing
preferrably in an EPC Company.
The candidate should have about 4 to 6 years of experience of Contract Staffing in Chemical, Engineering Companies, Oil & Gas Refinery, Petrochemicals
and
Fertilizer Industries.
Experience on
CV-Sourcing
for Project-based Requirements is imperative.
The canidate must be experienced in using various
sourcing portals
such has
LinkedIn, Naukri...etc...
Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Bulk hiring (Temporary Staffing) for large-scale projects.
Handle end-to-end recruitments for Contract Staffing / Temporary Staffing.
Manage both, Cleint-Contracts as well as Candidate-Contracts and report immediately in case of any discripancy or differences or issues that merit attention.
Maintain a Contracts Management Checklist
Client Presentation, Contract Negotiation, Insurance and Joining Formalities, Billing and Receivables Management, maintaining Data base and Records.
Submission of Monthly MIS Report to Management.
Key Accounts Management - regularly touch-base with existing clients and attend the in-person meetings and feedback sessions.
Support the HOD (Site Services) in all aspects of Business Management.
