Role & responsibilities

Hiring: Electrical Construction Supervisor | Ankleshwar GIDC
Location:
Ankleshwar GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat
Industry:
Industrial EPC Projects / Chemical / Similar industrial sectors
Experience:
9-11 years (Electrical site supervision in industrial plants)
Employment Type:
3rd party contract| On-site
Project Duration: 3-6 months with extension possibilities

About the Role:

Electrical Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at site
Manage daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines
Read and implement electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications
Inspect and monitor HT/LT panels, cabling, termination, testing & commissioning
Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
9-11 years of relevant experience in industrial construction sites (EPC or any industry)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and site execution
Good team management and communication skills
Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures
