Job Description

Key Skills Required:

Design and develop electrical circuits, control panels, schematics, and wiring diagrams for custom machinery.
Select and size electrical components (motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, breakers, switches, safety components, etc.).
Develop control system architecture for automated machinery.
Integrate PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, VFDs, servos, robotics, and safety systems.
Collaborate with software/controls engineers on PLC/HMI programming requirements and implementation.
Work closely with mechanical engineering to ensure seamless integration.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode analysis.
Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, and project reports.
Assist with installation, start-up, and commissioning at customer sites (as required).'
