We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to source and place candidates for engineering and oil & gas roles. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and work closely with clients to fill technical and project-based positions.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit for engineering, construction and oil & gas roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, HSE, project management, blue collar workers etc.).
Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Partner with clients to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records.
Coordinate offers, onboarding, and candidate mobilization when needed.
Do the end to end recruitment and manage documentation of the shortlisted and interviewed candidates.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, construction or oil & gas.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
