Job Description

The HR Recruiter position at DLIFE Interiors Pvt Ltd in Kochi, Kerala is a full-time permanent role requiring at least 4 years of HR experience in the retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment. As the HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within the organization, covering all Business units, the factory, and regional office. Your key duties will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labour laws, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in retail HR, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for employee engagement and development. Your primary responsibilities as the HR Recruiter will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, and creating job descriptions. You will also serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, mediate conflicts, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment conducive to employee engagement and morale. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes, providing coaching and support to managers in performance-related issues, identifying training needs, and facilitating professional development opportunities for employees. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels, developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and handling confidential information responsibly are also key aspects of the role. Furthermore, as the HR Recruiter, you will manage employee compensation programs, including salary reviews and benefits administration, and provide guidance on employee benefits enrollment and issues. You will also be required to analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making, improve HR processes, and prepare reports for senior management on HR trends, staffing, and employee engagement. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You should also have a strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, a proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels, and proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.,
