At AT DAWN Technologies, we are a fast-growing technology services company building high-impact teams across Data Engineering, AI, and Backend Development. Our clients include some of the most innovative product companies in the world. We operate delivery centers in India and Vietnam, enabling rapid, high-quality execution with a product mindset.As we scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the dynamic landscape of startup hiring and has deep experience recruiting for both professional services and product engineering environments. This is a 6 months contract role.Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across India and Vietnam delivery centers, and occasionally for global positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and delivery leads to understand talent requirements for client engagements.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through modern channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, etc.).
  • Build scalable pipelines across roles like Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, TPMs, and SDETs.
  • Execute structured interview processes with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive hiring decisions collaboratively with the panel.
  • Administer and manage technical assessments using platforms like HackerEarth, TestGorilla, or similar tools — ensuring the right level of evaluation is aligned with role expectations.
  • Continuously improve candidate screening by leveraging assessment data to refine shortlisting.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to leadership.
  • Help refine recruiting processes, tools (like PyjamaHR, or any other ATS), and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in technology hiring.
  • Must have experience working in a startup environment — comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
  • Prior experience recruiting for a technology services or consulting firm that works with product companies is essential.
  • Exposure to both product-based hiring and client-centric services hiring (pods, agile teams, BOT models, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills for backend, data, AI, and full-stack roles.
  • Familiarity with coding and aptitude assessment tools such as HackerEarth, TestGorilla, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms, Boolean search, and productivity tools (Excel, Sheets, Slack, TidyCal, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and self-driven.

  • Exposure to hiring in international markets (Vietnam, U.S., etc.).
