Recruiter (contract )

We're seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to lead our campus hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new hires.

Role & responsibilities

Campus Recruitment

- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to meet talent acquisition goals.

- Identify and build relationships with top colleges and universities to source talented students.

- Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition programs.

Stakeholder Managemen

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather hiring projections and develop recruitment plans.

- Manage relationships with vendors, recruitment panels, and other stakeholders to streamline hiring processes.

- Communicate hiring updates and plans to stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition

- Source and recruit top graduates for engineering roles.

- Assess applicants' skills to determine their strengths and weaknesses.

- Ensure diversity and inclusion in the talent pool.

MIS Reporting & Documentation

- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, hiring numbers, and diversity metrics.

- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.

Data Analysis & Insights

- Utilize tools like Power BI, Excel Macros, and dashboard development to analyze recruitment metrics and inform strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in managing campus recruitment drives.

- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and trends.

- Experience with recruitment software and tools.

- 4-6 years of experience in campus recruitment or volume hiring
