Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior hiring within our fast-growing global organization. You will oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that our values and hiring practices are upheld in collaboration with Booking.com's preferred external partners. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and advice to the Executive Leadership team, conduct market research to identify potential candidates, and develop innovative sourcing strategies. Your contributions will extend to educating the Talent Acquisition team on industries and talent pools, analyzing sectors for trends, and sharing intellectual capital across the organization. Collaboration with business, HR, and industry sources will be essential in building talent pools for senior positions and identifying top talent from leading companies. You will support hiring managers in defining interview evaluation criteria, conduct on-site interviews, and lead calibration meetings to ensure a professional and efficient hiring process. Additionally, you will work closely with executive compensation to communicate effectively with executive-level candidates regarding compensation programs. Facilitating a seamless new hire process in collaboration with Global Mobility will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring a positive candidate-to-employee experience. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of corporate recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation. Your ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, collaborate globally, and influence senior levels will be crucial. Strong negotiation skills, strategic recruiting expertise, and a high level of commercial acumen are key attributes we are looking for in the preferred candidate. Your personality should reflect qualities such as being driven, energetic, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior executives. You should be articulate, tenacious yet tactful, and possess executive gravitas. An inquisitive nature, commercial awareness, and the capacity to think on your feet will also be advantageous in this role.
