Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing:

   Build and manage a strong pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions.

• Interviewing:

   Conduct in-depth interviews (via phone or in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills and potential.

• Candidate Management:

   Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate questions, providing a positive experience.

• Performance Metrics:

   Consistently meet or exceed weekly quotas for calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• A passion for connecting with people and a high-energy attitude.
• A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  

Additional Details

• Location:

   Hyderabad, On-site.

• Salary:

   ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month.

• Shift Timings:

   U.S. time zone (night shift)
