Non IT Recruiter - USA Experience
As a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with significant experience in the USA construction sector, you will be joining a dynamic team at JMIN in Hyderabad. Your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for construction roles while maintaining a deep understanding of the industry's unique requirements and standards. Your key responsibilities will include talent acquisition by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, candidate sourcing through various strategies such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit, staying updated on industry trends through market research, and providing regular recruitment metrics and reports to senior management. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on the USA construction sector. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, you must possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Furthermore, you should have proven experience in sourcing and hiring for non-IT roles, familiarity with US employment laws and regulations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a global team.
