To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on the USA construction sector. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, you must possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
