Qualification & Experience:

2–5 years of core recruitment experience.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience in hiring for roles within the
automotive manufacturing industry
.
Sound understanding of technical functions and terminologies related to
production, quality, maintenance, R&D, design, and operations
.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through
job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting
.
Experience in
plant-level or shopfloor hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for both white-collar and blue-collar positions in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Interact with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations.
Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Use diverse sourcing strategies including
headhunting, database mining, social media hiring, and referrals
.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills

Strong in
candidate sourcing and screening
, with attention to detail.
Sound knowledge of
recruitment metrics and hiring processes
.
Self-motivated
