Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct initial screening and interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
