Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Specialist located in Siliguri. The Recovery Specialist will handle tasks related to debt recovery processes, which include communicating with relevant stakeholders, providing support for addiction recovery, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring compliance with procedures. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency in recovery operations.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders professionally
Knowledge or experience in Addiction Recovery and Insurance processes
Ability to conduct Training sessions or participate in knowledge-sharing activities
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience in debt management or recovery processes is a plus
Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM software is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
