Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a versatile creative professional who can design, edit, and market products and services with excellence and impact.

graphic design, video editing, social media management, and online ads

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, campaigns, and print.
• Create engaging

  Instagram & LinkedIn posts

  , stories, carousels, infographics, and ads.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across both brands.

• Edit reels and promotional videos using

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (and After Effects if possible).
• Repurpose content for different formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Add captions, transitions, and sound design for strong storytelling.

• Manage

  Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube

  accounts.
• Plan and schedule posts using tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.).
• Monitor insights, engagement, and growth metrics.

• Run and optimize

  Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads

  (FBA/Meta Ads).
• Coordinate with founders for campaigns and lead magnets.
• Understand targeting, audiences, ad creative testing, and budget management.

• Support in developing creative campaigns for both brands.
• Contribute ideas for storytelling, reels, and community engagement.
• Research design and content trends to keep brands visually fresh.

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (optional)

• Canva (Pro level)

• Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Trello / Asana/ Jira (basic project management)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in design + marketing (freshers with exceptional portfolios may apply).
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  and

  Canva

  is a must.
• Strong understanding of

  social media trends and ad platforms

  .
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
