We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recovery operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the recovery process of debts and loans.

Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Conduct field visits to customers to discuss payment plans and negotiate settlements.

Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recovery process.

Maintain accurate records and reports of recovery activities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of recovery laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
