Recovery Officer

As a Recovery Officer at our company, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for recovering debts, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating with customers, colleagues, and management through phone, email, and written correspondence. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant systems. It would be nice to have the following qualifications as well: - Certifications in debt recovery, collections, or a related field. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, laws, and best practices. - Fluency in multiple languages.
