Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Location: Pathradi Phata,Nashik Organization: Samarth Trust Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: HR Job Summary: We are seeking a well-organized and friendly Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will also handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our NGO. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages). Administrative Support: Maintain and update contact lists, office directories, and files (physical and digital). Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance. NGO-Specific Support: Assist in documentation and filing of project reports, donor communications, and compliance records. Maintain attendance records and support HR-related admin tasks. Help in organizing field visits, donor meetings, and community outreach activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in administration, social work, or related fields). Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and local language). Excellent organizational and time management skills. A team player with a proactive attitude and high level of integrity. Experience working in the non-profit sector is an added advantage. Working Conditions: Office-based, with occasional travel or event support as required. Monday to Saturday (8.50 AM – 5.35 PM) with flexibility for special events.
