Job Description

Subject Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the curriculum & instructional quality of a specific subject within an educational institution. Responsibilities Design and create engaging curriculum for students Collaborate closely with peers including other subject co-coordinators and software developers to develop a proper curriculum. Provide leadership and coordination to provide an aligned and articulated instructional program in the subject area. Assist In directing and managing instructional programs and operations at the campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional delivery. Assist In the effective and efficient operations of the curriculum and instruction department which includes curriculum, teacher development, and assessment Requirements Passion for education and helping children Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to develop and deliver training to teachers. Ability to implement and interpret policy, procedures, and data. Experience with instructional design, multimedia content development, and educational technology tools Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
