Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute campus placement drives and internship opportunities for students Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and corporate leaders. Regularly visit companies to promote the institutions talent pool and explore recruitment opportunities Identify potential companies for placements, internships, projects, and collaborative training programs Organize corporate meets, HR conclaves, and networking events to strengthen industry connections Maintain and update placement records, student profiles, and company databases Actively promote the institutions strengths, programs, and student capabilities to industry stakeholders. Analyze placement trends and present insights to management Prepare and manage the placement-related budget Ensure all placement-related activities adhere to institutional policies and guidelines Manage necessary documentation and agreements with recruiters Explore and facilitate academic-industry collaborations, including MoUs, research projects, and faculty development programs Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Familiarity with emerging industry trends and recruitment practices Experience: Minimum 1 years to Max 5 Years of experience in Training & Placement, HR, or Corporate Relations Experience in educational institutions is preferred . Content Creation : Develop interactive, student-friendly content that enhances conceptual clarity and application-based learning. Collaboration : Work closely with teachers and academic coordinators to ensure curriculum relevance, uniformity, and effective learning outcomes. Innovation in Pedagogy : Integrate modern teaching-learning practices, activity-based learning, and digital resources into content. Assessment Support : Design formative and summative assessments, question banks, and evaluation rubrics. Capacity Building : Occasionally conduct booster sessions or guest lectures in respective subjects to demonstrate content delivery and mentor faculty. Continuous Improvement : Regularly review feedback from teachers and students to refine content. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Master’s degree in the respective subject (English, Mathematics, or Science). Strong command over CBSE curriculum (up to Class 10). Proven experience in content development, curriculum design, or academic writing. Excellent written communication and creative presentation skills. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and meet timelines. Familiarity with digital tools, e-learning resources, and innovative pedagogical strategies will be an advantage.
