Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases with up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
