Working Model: Onsite

Location: South Mumbai

Days: Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts with one weekly off)

Timings: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Budget: 15-20 LPA (depending on experience)

Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Floor Management

• Greet and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
• Ensure every client receives personalized attention from arrival to departure
• Maintain showroom ambience, merchandise readiness, and visual presentation standards
• Assist clients in product viewing and coordinate with sales staff for a smooth interaction

Sales & Service Support

• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets by ensuring floor efficiency
• Step in to handle sales transactions or client queries when needed
• Keep client records updated in the CRM and ensure follow-ups are timely and accurate

Team Coordination

• Oversee floor schedules, attendance, and daily task allocation
• Guide team members on grooming, communication, and service etiquette
• Ensure all SOPs are followed for sales, service, and store presentation

Operational Assistance

• Coordinate with product, operations, and marketing teams for inventory readiness, events, and campaigns
• Monitor and report on daily sales activity and showroom performance metrics to the Store Manager
• Assist in planning and executing collection launches, exhibitions, and special client events

Brand Representation

• Represent Mehta & Sons’ elegance and heritage in all client interactions
• Uphold brand protocols for discretion, service quality, and visual standards
