Join us at IncuBenation by Ique and turn your vision into a successful venture. The Role You Will Be Responsible For Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation. Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible. Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls. Receiving mail and arranging dispatch. Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required. Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments. Managing More than 100 team members. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services industry. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments What's on Offer?
