Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Yellowstone Resort,Arambol,GoaJob Summary:The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Yellowstone Resort Arambol. The role involves providing a warm welcome, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest queries, and ensuring exceptional service in line with the resort’s premium standards.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests warmly and assist with smooth check-in/check-out processes.Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently.Maintain guest records accurately in the property management system.Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and activities.Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions responsibly.Uphold Yellowstone Resort’s service standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Prior experience in front office or customer service (hotel experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong guest service orientation.Work Schedule:Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
