Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
* Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
* Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Administrative Support:
*schedule appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring appropriate conference rooms are reserved.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
* Manage office supplies and restock inventory as needed.
* Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and general office tasks.
Data Management:
* Handle client/customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses.
Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving concerns.
* Address and resolve visitor or client complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Collaboration and Communication:**
* Work closely with various departments (e.g., HR, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate and collaborate with staff to ensure all front desk operations are handled efficiently and effectively.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
*Any Degree
* Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in other customer service roles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
