Receptionist

Job Title:

We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in front-office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, polite, and professional hospitality to customers, visitors, and guests as per company standards.
• Greet all customers pleasantly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Arrange welcome drinks and refreshments for visitors.
• Provide accurate information about the companys products, services, and offerings.
• Accompany and guide guests within the corporate office, including office tours for new customers as directed by the Executive Secretary/Assistant.
• Ensure visitors have appropriate space to keep their personal belongings, including luggage or materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception area at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report any unsafe situations to management.
• Handle incoming calls, visitor logs, and basic front-office administrative tasks.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (preferably in interior design/home interior industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of office administration and hospitality etiquette.
