Job Summary

The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. It involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a pleasant first impression.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel PMS.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash/credit card transactions responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
