Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and follow security procedures.

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and guests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Support HR or Admin departments with routine tasks.

Office Management

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair for office equipment.
  • Assist in organizing events or company activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
