Job Description

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves handling incoming calls, managing appointments, providing administrative support, and maintaining a professional company image. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and notify staff of arrivals.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Call Handling

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Provide basic information to callers or direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage voicemail messages and ensure timely follow-ups.

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry.

Customer Service

  • Address and resolve basic customer queries in-person and over the phone.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Support internal teams with administrative requirements to improve service flow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
