International Sales Executives (Voice Process)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inbound/Outbound Sales Calls
: Handle calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team to qualify, engage, and convert potential customers.
Sales Conversion
: Drive hardcore sales by promoting and selling our services to international clients.
Client Engagement
: Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client follow-ups and agreement closures.
Telemarketing Support
: Make outbound calls through dialer/manual methods as required, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Job Details:

Shift
: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Login Hours
: 9.5 hours including breaks
Experience
: Minimum 1 year of international voice sales experience is mandatory
Transport
: Both-side cab facility provided
Incentives
: Lucrative, performance-based incentive structure

Skills & Competencies:

Communication
: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

: Open to both graduates and undergraduates
