Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Trainer located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Trainer will facilitate training sessions that encompass both theoretical and practical knowledge to prepare candidates for careers in the real estate industry. Responsibilities include developing curricula and training materials, conducting sessions on real estate concepts, market trends, and regulatory policies, as well as evaluating and mentoring trainees to ensure their professional growth. The trainer will also engage with industry partners to align educational content with market demands.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate concepts, market trends, policies, and development practices.
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and developing educational materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate trainees, fostering their professional growth.
• Organisational and planning skills to curate curriculum and programs effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with trainees and liaise with industry partners.
• A background in education, training, or real estate is highly desirable; candidates with an MBA in a relevant field will be preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of technological tools for teaching, including e-learning platforms, is beneficial.
• Looking for 3+ years of experience.
