We at Javix Media are developing our Own Digital platform around residential real estate in Delhi NCR. We aspire to setup a full service brokerage company that provides value to its clients by creating data and review driven content, consultancy and Brokerage advisory around residential properties

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Surveyor to manage, evaluate, and assess properties for purchase, sale, development, or leasing. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed site surveys, appraisals, valuations, and preparing reports to support property investment decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, property laws, and land use regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property surveys and site visits.
2. Evaluate properties to determine current market value and investment potential.
3. Monitor real estate market trends and conduct comparative market analyses.
4. Assist in due diligence for sale, Purchase and leasing.
5. Provide input on zoning regulations, and potential restrictions.
6. Prepare detailed survey and valuation reports with maps, diagrams, and photos.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Prior Experience in Real Estate, or related field is a must

1. [2–5+] years of experience as a surveyor in the real estate or property sector.
2. Strong and deep geographical understanding of NCR and property valuation methods in real estate 
3. Excellent analytical, communication, and convincing skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and report-writing skills.
5. Multiple tasking skills

Working Conditions:

1. Office-based with frequent fieldwork/site visits
2. Travel to various property locations as required
3. May need to work extended hours to meet project deadlines
4. Office timing: 10:00am to 6:30pm
