Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, new development opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and open house events.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to match them with suitable property options.
• Provide personalized guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Property Presentation & Sales:
• Effectively present and showcase the features, benefits, and investment potential of properties.
• Conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about the location, amenities, legal aspects, and future growth prospects.
• Skillfully negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Market Expertise & Compliance:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions, pricing trends, competitor activities, and new development projects.
• Stay informed about relevant real estate laws, regulations (e.g., RERA, local zoning laws), and legal documentation.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
• Documentation & Administration:
• Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation, including offer letters, agreements, property details, and client information.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market feedback, and achievements to the Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
