Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with experience in building construction and maintenance to support our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical installations, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs across multiple job sites. This is a part-time, field-based role with a requirement to be available for site visits approximately 15 days per month, including emergency on-call visits as needed. Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to support the finance and accounting operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting functions, including cash handling, GST, TDS, taxation, and complete balance sheet management. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate accounting processes, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Cash Handling & Bank Transactions: · Manage day-to-day cash and bank transactions. · Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash books. Accounts Payable & Receivable: · Process invoices, vendor payments, and receivables on time. · Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly. GST Compliance: · Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) · Reconcile GST input credit with GSTR-2A/2B and ensure timely compliance. TDS Management: · Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS accurately. · Prepare and file TDS returns and generate Form 16/16A. Taxation: · Assist in the preparation of income tax returns, advance tax, computation, and notices handling. · Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations. Balance Sheet Management (Start to End): · Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets · Perform account-wise reconciliation of all balance sheet items. · Ensure accuracy of assets, liabilities, provisions, advances, and loans. · Assist in financial audits, prepare audit schedules, and coordinate with auditors. · Ensure proper classification, posting, and documentation for all accounts affecting the balance sheet. · Work closely with management to analyze financial data and maintain financial health of the company. Financial Reporting: · Assist in preparing P\&L statements, cash flow statements, and other MIS reports. · Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
