Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with experience in building construction and maintenance to support our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical installations, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs across multiple job sites. This is a part-time, field-based role with a requirement to be available for site visits approximately 15 days per month, including emergency on-call visits as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations for new residential and commercial construction projects (wiring, panels, lighting, outlets, etc.) Inspect and maintain existing electrical systems across multiple sites Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors on construction timelines Maintain records of all electrical work, repairs, and inspections Be available for emergency visits and urgent maintenance issues as required Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to avoid major breakdowns Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance system safety and efficiency Requirements: Proven experience as an electrician in building construction and property maintenance (minimum 3 years preferred) Valid Electrician License/Certification as per local/state regulations Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Familiarity with safety standards and procedures (OSHA, NEC, etc.) Good physical condition and ability to work on-site in varying environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Availability for site visits 15 days per month, including potential emergency callouts Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in real estate, property management, or construction firms Familiarity with solar systems, home automation, or energy-efficient electrical installations Own tools and transportation (preferred but not mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
