Job Description

Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.  Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.  Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, providing regular reports to management.  Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with prospective buyers, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.  CRM Management: Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and improve sales performance.
