Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Mahim Location) Company: Hookfish Location: Mahim (Central / South-Central Mumbai belt) Salary: As per Market Standards Incentive: 10% of Booking Value Type: Full-Time | Field Role Role Overview We are looking for a highly energetic Sourcing Manager for our Mahim project. The role requires meeting real estate brokers daily, activating them for the project, and generating quality site visits. This is a 100% field role, best suited for someone who loves exploring new areas, building relations, and driving business through brokers. Key Responsibilities ● Meet minimum 10 brokers per day in the Mahim–Matunga–Dadar belt ● Create project awareness (USP, pricing, offers, inventory) ● Build and maintain strong broker relationships ● Activate brokers to source leads & push site visits ● Ensure brokers understand and promote the project ● Support all activation activities (walk-ins, events, office visits) ● Daily reporting of broker meetings and feedback ● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets ● Identify new broker touchpoints and unexplored pockets Must-Have Skills   ● Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred) ● Strong local area knowledge (Mahim, Matunga, Dadar, Wadala) ● Relationship-building ability with brokers ● Real Estate Sales experience (Channel / Sourcing preferred) ● High level of professionalism & discipline ● Ability to work under targets ● Ready for hard work, field visits, and new experiences ● Bike preferred (Fuel reimbursement as per policy) Candidate Profile ● Freshers or experienced candidates can apply ● Candidates from Real Estate / BFSI / Field Sales have an advantage ● Must be comfortable with daily travel & broker meetings ● Go-getter, confident, field-driven personality Why Join Hookfish? ● High earning potential with 10% incentive on booking value ● Fast-growth role with Mumbai’s most active real estate platform ● Exposure to top developers and premium projects 📩 Interested candidates apply at: hr@hookfish.co.in Send your resume, expected salary, and location preference (Mahim).
