Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales processes.  Lead Generation and Management: Generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.) and manage the sales pipeline effectively.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate deals with clients and close sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.  Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior sales staff, providing support and training to enhance their performance.  Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.  Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
