About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate market, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for driving property sales, from lead generation and client consultation to negotiation and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:

    Generate leads through various channels, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities in the residential and commercial real estate sector.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout the buying process.
  • Property Consultation:

    Showcase properties, explain project features and benefits, and conduct site visits to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Confidently negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Noida, particularly in Sector 63 and surrounding areas.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, with specific knowledge of the Noida region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
