Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both individual and team performance.  Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions.  Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets for various residential and commercial projects.  Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.  Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate sales contracts, manage deals, and ensure smooth closure of transactions.  Sales Expertise: Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
