Job Description

Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Kolshet, Thane

Employment Type: Full-time


Role Description

● Conduct daily communication on cold calls to identify potential buyers and investors.

● Maintain a strong pipeline by following up on inquiries, leads, and past prospects.

● Present project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients over phone calls.

● Use CRM tools to track all call activities and lead progress.


Client Engagement & Site Visits

● Schedule and conduct site visits for interested clients.

● Provide detailed walkthroughs of properties, highlighting key features and investment benefits.

● Build strong relationships with clients to increase trust and conversion rates.

● Address client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.


Sales & Target Achievement

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.

● Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure accurate property information. Team Coordination & Reporting

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

● Collaborate with the sales team to strategize lead generation and conversions.

● Contribute to developing sales scripts, promotional content, and sales events.


Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

● 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, cold calling, or field sales.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain professionalism.

● Browny points if you have a two-wheeler(To reach Site Fast)..

● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus point.

● Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable.
