Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and following up on leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitors to better position property offerings.
  • Present available properties to potential clients, ensuring thorough knowledge of the features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers, providing detailed information and addressing any questions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the property buying process.
  • Negotiate and finalize property sales, ensuring alignment with both the client's needs and the companys objectives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools to ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
  • Keep up to date with market conditions, trends, legal aspects, and government policies affecting real estate sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve strategies and campaigns for promoting property sales.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-9 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role in sales or customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
